  • This is a WEBINAR (ZOOM Virtual Training) course and offered on-line.
  • Includes all Instructor Handout Booklet (what to study and specific practice questions/answers provided)
  • If you have:
    • Taken 60-hours P&P Course with our school or another school before January 1, 2025
    • Receipt for PSI Exam(s) (Nation/State) after January 1, 2025 this year
    • Receipt for taking 60-hour Course at another school after January 1, 2025 this year

then this course is for you. We will allow you to join our course(s) after December 6th 2022 for as long as you like, until you pass your Real Estate Salesperson License Exam.

You will get our 365 page textbook and all the quizzes, slide show handouts and learning materials with this course for $275 one time fee.

This offer is exclusively for students who have taken the 60-hour Salesperson P&P course previously after January 1st 2025 and either did not take the PSI exams or have not passed either National or State exams or both.
