COURSE DESCRIPTION
This 15-hour (2 Friday sessions) Real Estate Broker Principles and Practices Course covers essential Brokerage Management types, concepts, definitions, and a few calculations necessary for Real Estate Professionals (Salespersons and Broker Candidates) to understand and get started in the Brokerage Management business. The ultimate goals and objectives of this course are to provide fundamentals of real estate Brokerage Management to active Real Estate Salespersons and Broker Candidates taking their Real Estate Broker Candidate National/State exams. This course also provides a foundation for Real Estate Salespersons interested in becoming Real Estate Brokers. This course meets the 15-hour Connecticut Real Estate Commission (REC) Elective Course licensing requirements. The instructor’s Text Handouts and CD facilitate learning and highlight key question areas on the exams, enabling students to pass the Broker Candidate National and State Real Estate Salesperson License Exams with ease.
